REMINDER: Updated TAC References in CDS Forms

Superior HealthPlan would like to remind providers as part of the transformation of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) system, rule chapters were relocated in the Texas Administrative Code (TAC).
Effective September 1, 2024, TAC rules in:
- Title 40 TAC Social Services and Assistance, Part 1, Department of Aging and Disability Services and Chapter 41, Consumer Directed Services (CDS) Option, were transferred to:
- Title 26 TAC Health and Human Services, Part 1, Health and Human Services Commission, Chapter 264, CDS Option.
All letters, memoranda, and other guidance remain in effect while HHSC updates outdated references.
The following CDS forms and instructions listed in the webpages below, reflect the updated TAC references, effective the date of publication:
