EVV PSO ORR Sessions Updates

Superior HealthPlan would like to inform program providers and Financial Management Services Agencies (FMSAs) that the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has been notified of the published Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) Proprietary System Operator (PSO) Operational Readiness Review (ORR) 2025 Onboarding schedule. For more information, please review the TMHP EVV PSO Onboarding Standard Process Overview and Timeline (PDF) found on the TMHP EVV webpage.

HHSC encourages program providers and FMSAs who wish to become a PSO to submit a Proprietary System (PS) Request Form. The PS Request Form can be submitted at any time. For more information, log into the TMHP LMS portal and refer to the, Accessing the EVV Portal for Program Providers and FMSAs job aid.
