Please be reminded that Superior HealthPlan strictly enforces all claim filing guidelines including timely filing, corrected claims, claim disputes and claim appeal requirements as outlined in our participating provider contracts and detailed in Superior’s Provider Manuals. This is a necessary step to ensure Superior continues providing high-quality service to our providers and members while remaining compliant with federal and state regulatory and coding requirements.
