Resource for Members: Pyx Health

Superior HealthPlan would like to introduce Pyx Health, an online platform that connects members to resources and care the moment it’s needed. Pyx Health, through in-app resources, and telephonic support can point members to resources that can help solve issues, potentially saving time and with a warm transfer back to providers.

The personal connections Pyx Health develops with Superior members helps to understand their physical, mental, and social health needs, and gaps in care. Pyx Health can then direct them to the most appropriate care and connect them to your organization’s resources.

Pyx Health functions as non-clinical support for Superior members, connecting them to:

  • Humans for support and companionship
  • Help navigating health plan benefits
  • 24/7 access to health plan resources
  • Community resources for food, transportation, housing, etc.
  • Tools and activities to promote well-being
  • Wellness check reminders and more

If you notice a member who is experiencing social isolation or loneliness it would be helpful to recommend this resource to patients.

Members can sign up by downloading the Pyx Health app or by calling 1-855-499-4777 (TTY: 711).

Please Note: Downloading the app is not required by members to receive support or assistance. They can opt-in to the non-app environment, which still captures screening scores, offers companionship, and connection to the Pyx Health resource team.
