On June 20, 2024, UnitedHealth Group issued a press release offering an update on the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident that occurred on Feb. 21, 2024. While the investigation to determine whose data is impacted is not yet complete, UnitedHealth Group has started the process to notify impacted customers and shared a website that provides additional information. UnitedHealth Group continues to offer credit monitoring and identity protection services, as well as a dedicated contact center to address questions. 2024 EVV Proprietary System Request Form Submission Deadline July 15, 2024

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is notifying program providers and financial management services agencies (FMSAs) who are interested in the opportunity to participate and complete the Proprietary System Operator (PSO) Onboarding process this calendar year (2024) that they must submit a Proprietary System (PS) Request Form by July 15, 2024.

The PS Request Form can be submitted at any time, but available spots are limited and determined by the PS Request Form submission date. After submission, the program provider or FMSA will be added to the PSO Onboarding waitlist.
