NEW: HHSC EVV Policy Handbook Revisions

Superior HealthPlan would like to inform providers that The Texas Health and Human Service Commission (HHSC) Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Policy Handbook has been revised as of September 12, 2024.

Superior is in the process of updating our systems, policies, and supporting materials to align with these edits.

These revisions are outlined in HHSC's EVV Policy Handbook Revision Log - September 2024 (PDF) located on HHSC’s EVV webpage.

The handbook’s policies include EVV standards and policy requirements for:

• Program providers
• Financial Management Services Agencies
• Consumer Directed Services employers
• Payers, such as HHSC and managed care organizations
