Kate Farms Voluntary Recall of Formula

On July 29, 2022, Lyons Magnus LLC voluntarily recalled several of Kate Farms Pediatric Standard 1.2 Vanilla products because of possible microbial contamination. Your patients may have been affected by this recall and have questions about the contaminated products.

Anyone using the products listed below are directed to destroy or return the product to Kate Farms.
