Kate Farms Pediatric Formula Recall

Lyons Magnus LLC has issued a voluntary recall of several Kate Farms Pediatric Standard 1.2 Vanilla products because of possible microbial contamination. The products listed below are a part of this recall and have been in stores since June 27, 2022.
If your formula is listed below, please destroy or return it to Kate Farms.

The contamination from this formula can cause:
- Fever
- Vomiting
- Urinary tract infection (UTI)
If your formula is not from one of the lot numbers listed above, continue to use it as normal. If you buy these products for your baby, Texas Health and Human Services has a list of similar formulas that may be a good alternative while this recall is in place.
