Change to Mail Service Pharmacy

On November 1, 2020, Superior HealthPlan will have a new mail service pharmacy called CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy.
You may keep using Homescripts mail order until October 31, 2020.
What you should know:
- This change was made to keep giving you great service.
- If you currently use Homescripts you may receive a letter about this, too.
- This change affects only drugs filled through the mail.
- Homescripts will still help you get your OTC products.
- You can keep refilling your medicine with Homescripts until 10/31/2020.
- You would use CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy beginning on 11/1/2020.
- Your refills will be transferred to CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy except for controlled substances.
- If you need a controlled drug by mail order, please ask your doctor for a new prescription to send to CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy.
- You should not have delays in either mail service pharmacy.

If you take medicine often or all the time, mail service may be right for you. Mail service is safe and easy. You can receive up to a 90-day supply of medications shipped to your home.

- Sign up online at cvscaremark.com
- Enroll over the phone, call 1-888-624-1139
- Mail a completed enrollment form to CVS Caremark
