To better align with the terminology used in our Provider Satisfaction Survey and ensure clarity in our communications, we are updating the title of Superior HealthPlan’s Account Managers to Provider Representatives. This change is effective immediately. You may begin to see updates in our provider communications and materials referencing the new name.
While this team’s title is changing, their role and commitment to supporting you remain the same. Your designated Provider Representative (formally Account Manager) will continue to assist with your needs and serve as your primary point of contact.
