IMPORTANT: Billing Notice to Behavioral Health Providers

Superior HealthPlan would like to remind providers that reimbursement of the following services is limited to certain diagnosis codes as outlined in the Texas Medicaid Provider Procedures Manual Behavioral Health and Case Management Services Handbook (PDF), and requires those diagnosis, to be placed in the PRIMARY (first) position. Failure to place the diagnosis code in the correct position may result in a denial of the claim.
