Prepaid Rewards Card for Healthy Activities
Superior's rewards program offers financial, non-cash incentives that reward pregnant members for completing health activities related to their pregnancy and delivery.**
- $100 for prenatal visit within the first trimester or 42 days of enrollment with Superior.
- $50 for postpartum visit within 7-84 days of delivery.
Up to $100 for Over-The-Counter Essentials
We support our STAR or CHIP members with up to $100/year for over-the-counter essentials you need. Plus, we make it easy for you to order these items online, by phone, or at the store.
